Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to allot enough time to fill out necessary new client forms.

what to expect during consultation

Dermal filler injections are non-surgical and typically completed during an office visit. Your initial treatment will begin with a consultation, during which you will meet with your physician or aesthetic nurse to discuss your concerns and goals. During your consultation, your physician or aesthetic nurse will assess the area of concern and review your medical history. While the risks associated with dermal fillers are minimal, we expect patients to fully disclose all pertinent medical history prior to treatment, as certain allergies, skin and neurological conditions, or medications can affect safety and outcome of the procedure.

reservations

Advanced booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. While we have posted hours of operation, Entourage MD Skin & Wellness is by appointment only.

cancellation policy

Clients must provide a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00. If you’re running late, please give us a call so we can make the necessary adjustments to your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients. Because we do understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary at the last minute, we reserve the right to waive our cancellation fee at our discretion.

Please inform us if you have any medical conditions or are presently under a physician’s care. Conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure and heart ailments are of special interest to our health care professionals. We will customize our services to fit your needs whenever possible.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our highest commitment to your privacy. Your personal information is confidential. This includes your credit card info, address, phone numbers and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information.

We value and respect our members’ privacy and preferred methods of receiving (or not receiving) invitations & communications from us.

REFUND POLICY

Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The spa reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative treatments if the ones requested are not available. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered.

RETAIL RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns. We do however accept exchanges should any allergic reaction occur within two weeks of the purchase date of a retial item.

We accept Care Credit, cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Present your card at time of check-in for service. Gift Cards have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Entourage MD Skin & Wellness is not responsible for lost or stollen gift cards.
